The A34 southbound between Botley and South Hinksey will be closed for resurfacing tonight.
The works will be taking place between 8pm on April 12 until 6am on April 13.
It is expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing a holdup of between 10 minutes and half an hour.
Drivers are being diverted to Peartree via the ring road and then told to re-join at Hinksey.
