These included an induction loop and guided sign language tours which are occasionally available. The attraction also provides display information in audio and British Sign Language.
It was 18th overall for hearing accessible attractions in the UK, out of a study of the 40 most visited cultural attractions in the UK undertaken by hearing aid specialists Resound.
The score given was 39 out of a possible 80 points, which suggests that despite its rank there is a lot of room for improvement.
