A planning application has been submitted to Oxford City Council to demolish a house and build two new properties in its place.
The application has been submitted for 15 Blandford Avenue in Summertown.
The plans will see the existing house demolished and two new four bedroom semi-detached houses built in its place.

They would each have one parking space and individual access for vehicles.
The applicant, Aubrey P King, said in the application to the council that the proposal seeks to make better use of the land.
The new homes would improve the appearance of the site, would not have an adverse impact on homes which are either side of the property. The houses would not be within a flood area or cause flooding elsewhere.
The current property on the site is a two storey house with an integral garage and parking for at least three vehicles.
At the back of the house there is currently a small shed and at the bottom of the garden some trees: the trees are distant from the existing and the proposed buildings and would not be affected.
You can read more about the application on the Oxford City Council planning portal.
