Sky-high snaps taken from towering rooftops and treetops across the county were sent in the for this week’s competition theme of ‘high places’.
Picturesque images of tall landmarks and wildlife up in the treetops were just some of the brilliant snaps.
This week’s winner is Tony Steele with his shot of a ring-necked parakeet in University Parks, Oxford.
The bright green bird can be seen parks across London and Mr Steele managed to get a rare snap of the birds in Oxford.

Camera Club members were surprised to see the parakeets in Oxford. Mr Steele said: “They have been there for a few years now; I’ve heard that there is about 11 of them. I only saw five down by the lake, but you can certainly hear them.”
To celebrate Mother’s Day this Sunday the competition theme is ‘family’.
