David Cameron, the former Prime Minister and ex- Witney MP, is on his way to Poland to deliver supplies to Ukrainian refugees.
The politician tweeted at around 5.30 pm today that he is en route to Poland, in a small lorry, with donations to go to Ukrainian refugees.
He is travelling with colleagues from a Chipping Norton food project he has volunteered at for the past two years, Chippy Larder that has been collecting donations for Ukrainian refugees for the past fortnight.

The Chippy Larder is a low-cost community food larder in Chipping Norton, where the Conservative politician lives, that also distributes free of charge food surplus.
For the last two years I've been volunteering each week at the Chippy Larder, a food project in my local town, which helps low income families with surplus food from supermarkets (and cuts food waste at the same time). pic.twitter.com/oXZL1os1YM

The items heading to Poland, which Mr Cameron said to range from 'nappies to sanitary products, warm clothes to first aid kits', have been loaded into a small lorry and will go to the Red Cross based in Poland.
He said: "The generosity of the community in West Oxfordshire - and of the British people more generally - has been typically phenomenal, stepping up to help our neighbours in their hour of need.
"I'm currently driving to Poland with two Chippy Larder colleagues to make our delivery to the Red Cross. It’s going to be a long drive, but I’ll keep you updated along the way. #StandWithUkraine️."
