Five people are due in court this morning in connection with the alleged murder of Keith Green in Banbury.

The 40-year-old was found stabbed in his garden in Howard Road on Sunday, February 13. Despite the efforts of paramedics he was pronounced dead shortly before midnight.
Louise Grieve, 37, of Howard Road, Banbury, Callum Johnson, 20, of Howard Road, Banbury, Mark Meadows, 24, of Rees Court, Banbury, Travis Gorton, 19, of Well Bank, Hook Norton, and a teenage girl who cannot be named for legal reasons have been charged with Mr Green’s murder.
They are all due before Oxford Crown Court this morning for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
Judge Ian Pringle QC, the honorary recorder of Oxford, is expected to hear the case at 10.30am.
