There are a variety of festivals taking place in Oxfordshire this summer.
The events will celebrate the very best of music, art, performance and food and will take place right here in the county.
Big names from the world of music will play at the festivals, including Anne-Marie, Years & Years, James Morrison and The Human League.
These are the festivals you can look forward to and their line-ups:
Nocturne Live 2022
June 15 – 18 at Blenheim Palace
Nocturne Live 2022 will turn The Great Court at Blenheim Palace into a huge venue which will play host to world-famous acts.
The line-up:
Wednesday June 15 2022 - Simply Red and The Brand New Heavies
Thursday June 16 2022 - David Gray, James Morrison and Nerina Pallot
Friday June 17 2022 - UB40 feat Ali Campbell, with Maxi Priest, Aswad and Cleveland Watkiss
Saturday June 18 2022 - Simple Minds, Deacon Blue and Caezar
Rewind Festival South 2022
August 19 – 21 at Temple Island Meadows in Henley-on-Thames
Rewind Festival celebrates the music of the 1980s, with well-known 80s icons taking to the stage.
The line-up:
Saturday August 20: Saturday will be headlined by Holly Johnson, the lead vocalist of Frankie Goes to Hollywood.
Other acts will include Level 42, Scritti Politti, Slim Jim Phantom, Martin Kemp, Belinda Carlisle, Bjorn Again, Odyssey, Kim Wilde, Johnny Hates Jazz and Blancmange.
Sunday August 21: Sunday will be headlined by The Human League, who had hits with Don’t You Want Me, Mirror Man and Tell Me When.
Other acts on Sunday include Tom Bailey, Heather Small, Hothouse flowers, T’Pau, Tunde, The Selecter, Chesney Hawkes, Midge Ure, Mica Paris and The Real Thing.
Wilderness Festival
August 4 – 7 at Cornbury Park in Charlbury
Wilderness is a four-day boutique festival spanning music, the arts, food and wellbeing.

Fairport's Cropredy Convention

Taking place annually since 1979, Fairport's Cropredy Convention, previously Cropredy Festival, is a festival of rock and folk music.

Truck Festival
July 22 – 24 at Hill Farm
Described as the ‘Godfather’ of small music festivals, Truck Festival will feature a range of big names this summer.
The line-up:
Bombay Bicycle Club, Sam Fender, Kasabian, The Kooks and Blossoms are the big names of the festivals list this year.
Other acts include Sigrid, Easy Life, Kelis,Sundara Karma, Inhaler, Sports Team Palace, Shame and Jade Bird.
The Subways, The Big Moon, Dinosaur Pile Up, The Magic Gang, Orla Gartland, Blackhoney, Sam Ryder, Alfie Templeman, Yard Act Spector, Kawala, Vistas, Sorry, Bloxx, Baby Queen, Do Nothing Matila Mann, Only The Poets, The Goa Express, Talk Show and Just Mustard are also on the bill.
Big Feastival
August 26 – 28 at Alex James’ Farm
The Big Feastival is an annual food and music festival hosted on Alex James’ Oxfordshire farm.
Friday August 26: Friday will be headlined by The Human League, with special guests the Sugababes also performing. Alfie Templeman and The Sherlocks will also take to the main stage.
Saturday August 27:
Saturday will feature Anne-Marie, Basement Jaxx, The Lottery Winners, Sam Ryder, The Cuban Brothers and Duke.
Sunday August 28:
The final day will see the Stereophonics take to the stage, alongside Gabrielle, Jake Bugg, Lola Young and The Futureheads.
Oxford Foodies Festival 2022
August 27 – 29 at South Park in Oxford
The festival is a celebration of food, drink and live music.
The headliners for the event are Natalie Imbruglia, The Feeling, Liberty X and N-Trance.
Henley Festival
July 6 – 10 in Henley-on-Thames
The festival is a black tie event which features art, music and food.

Cornbury Festival is a music festival which is described by the organisers as a “one-of-a-kind, lovingly crafted, top notch, very English open air party, tailor-made for the whole family”.
