A MAN who was busted for carrying a knife in a public place, has been forced to wear an electronic monitoring tag.
Robert Briddick, 52 of Ridgecourt in Winsor, appeared in Oxford Magistrates’ Court after he was caught with a ‘Stanley’ knife in Bell Street, Henley.
The ‘Stanley’ knife was destroyed by police.

Briddick pleaded guilty on October 13, 2021, which was taken into consideration when imposing a sentence.
Magistrates ordered that Briddick must wear an electronic monitoring tag and be under curfew for Three months.
The curfew started on January 13 and is set to end on April 11.
The defendant was also ordered to pay £140; this included a £95 surcharge and costs of £45.
