A mini Banksy-esque artwork has been spotted on a street in Oxford.
The all-white piece of graffiti is sprayed onto a fence panel on Wytham Street.
The image shows a small girl letting go of a heart shaped balloon. Her hair and dress appear to be rustled by the same wind which is blowing the balloon away from her.

Girl with Balloon is one of Banksy’s most recognisable artworks.
Since it first appeared in 2002 in the London, replica prints have been sold around the world and copycat artworks have appeared across the country.
In 2018, a 2006 framed copy of the artwork was auctioned at Sotheby's selling for £1,042,000. However, moments later it self-destructed through a hidden mechanical paper shredder in the frame.
