A driver was arrested for testing positive for drugs while behind the wheel.
A member of the public reported a vehicle in Bicester to Thames Valley Police as they suspected the driver to be smoking cannabis.
The vehicle was located by police officers on the M40 and the driver provided a positive drugs wipe for cannabis.

The driver was arrested.
Under the law, if you are convicted of drug driving you will get:
- a minimum 1 year driving ban
- an unlimited fine
- up to 6 months in prison
- a criminal record
Your driving licence will also show you have been convicted for drug driving. This will last for 11 years.
