A man has been charged with driving offences after a cyclist, a woman in her 30s, died in a horror crash at The Plain Roundabout in Oxford.
Robert Whiting, 39, of Henry Taunt Close, Headington has been charged with one count each of; causing death by careless driving whilst unfit through drugs, causing death by driving unlicensed and causing death by driving without insurance.
It is in connection with the fatal road traffic collision that occurred on Tuesday on The Plain roundabout, Oxford.

A DAF tipper lorry crashed with the cyclist at around 2.35pm at the junction with St Clement's Street.
The woman died at the scene.
Her next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.
Whiting has been remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today.
