An independent dessert restaurant is going to open in Summertown.
The restaurant, called Temptations Dessert Lounge, is expected to open on Banbury Road in March.
Temptations Dessert Lounge has taken over the unit previously occupied by Mountain Warehouse and is currently undergoing a refurbishment into a modern restaurant space.

News of this new dessert spot comes as a branch of Treatz is also set to open in March, on London Road in Headington.
The Summertown restaurant will offer a range of desserts, including 30 flavours of ice cream, as well as a small selection of cocktails which guests can enjoy alongside their sweet treats.
Alongside a dining area, the venue will feature a VIP room that people can book for meetings and a garden space at the back of the unit.
Owner Kate Washburn told the Oxford Mail this is her first venture into the hospitality trade and she wanted to open the business because she felt it was missing in Summertown.
She initially planned to open up the restaurant two years ago but the Covid-19 pandemic delayed her plans.
She wants the space to be somewhere “fun and nice” which will suit a variety of people, such as families with young children, adults in the evenings and groups of friends.
A sign in the window of the restaurant is advertising for staff and those interested in applying can contact Kate at kate@temptationsoxford.co.uk or on her mobile on 07342884335.
