An alleged murder victim died after he was stabbed in the chest, police have said.
Thames Valley Police confirmed the man was Keith Green, 40, who lived in Howard Road, Banbury.
Det Ch Insp Jon Capps, senior investigating officer, said: “Our thoughts remain with the family of Keith Green, who tragically died as a result of this incident.
“We are continuing our investigation into the circumstances surrounding this incident and Keith’s family continue to be supported by specially trained officers.”

Paying tribute online earlier this week, Ian Cox said of Mr Green: “He was family, he was my brother, RIP Keith Green sorry for loss thinking of you [family] it’s going to take a long time to sink in.”
Emily Hazlewood added: “I can’t believe it, you was always here for me and my family. A lovely lovely man you will be very missed. I remember lots of great memories with you Keith Green always made us laugh and smile, such a lovely man with a heart of gold.”

Sarah North said: “Tragic, thoughts are with the family and friends of those involved. Rest in peace.”
Police were called by South Central Ambulance Service at 11.46pm on Sunday following reports that a man had been stabbed in the rear garden of a house in Howard Road.
Mr Green was pronounced dead at the scene, despite the efforts of paramedics.
