A FARM barn is being transformed into a new office unit.
The new building, off Eynsham Road, Botley, has been put on the market by commercial property specialist VSL. The Dutch barn is part of the Red House Farm business development. The two storey office building is a rebuild of a former agricultural building and it will be available from May 2022.

The building covers 3,742 sq ft and can be rented for £121,615.
Currently under construction, developers say it has energy efficient technology to help keep costs low.
There will also be 13 parking spaces and two electric vehicle charging points.
