KAROLIS ANDRIJAUSKAS, 29, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour in Luther Street, Oxford, on December 21, 2021. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
JOHN PHILLIPS, 47, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, was found guilty in his absence of assaulting police officers in Oxford in June 2020 and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a community order with a three month curfew and up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was ordered to pay £250 compensation, £250 costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
JOSHUA STOCK, 25, of Hayward Bridge Road, Stadhampton, admitted driving on the A418 in Thame on bald tyres. He was cleared of driving carelessly. He was disqualified from driving for a year, fined £400 and must pay £425 in costs and surcharge.
ROBERT BRIDDICK, 52, of Sinclair Road, Windsor, pleaded guilty to possession of a Stanley knife in Bell Street, Henley. He was given a three month curfew and 18 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a 12 month community order. He must pay £140 in costs and surcharge.
STAR SHAW, 30, of no fixed address, was found guilty in her absence of assaulting a police officer in Cowley Road on February 21, 2021. She was sentenced to 24 weeks’ imprisonment, having also admitted breaching the requirements of post-sentence licence.
KIANOUSH AMIRI-BIGVAND, 65, of Blenheim Road, Kidlington, changed his pleas to a charge of driving without insurance to guilty. He was behind the wheel in Oxford Road, Kidlington, without insurance on March 11, 2021. The magistrates imposed six penalty points but spared him a six month driving disqualification, which would otherwise have been automatic as he’d amassed 12 points. They accepted an argument that a ban would have caused him exceptional hardship, as he needed a vehicle to get him to medical appointments and to help him find work. He was fined £140 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
STEVEN RUSHMER, 57, of North Way, Headington, was fined £46 for being drunk and disorderly at the Bury Knowle Health Centre on Christmas Eve last year. He must pay a £34 victim surcharge.
DANIEL WEBB, 38, of Selbourne Road, Birmingham, was jailed for 39 weeks after he was found guilty in his absence of racist and threatening behaviour. He admitted stealing Le Creuset cookware on five separate dates from John Lewis in the Westgate Centre in November and December last year. He must pay a total of £1,100 in compensation.
JAMES BOREHAM, 28, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, must do 80 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12 month community order after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer and using disorderly behaviour at the John Radcliffe Hospital. He was in breach of a suspended sentence imposed for similar offending. He must pay £100 compensation to the police officer and £180 in costs and surcharge.
ANTHONY WILLOUGHBY, 49, of Wootton Road, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man in Wootton last July, assaulting a police officer and possession of a police style baton in Mathews Way, Wootton. He was given an 18 month community order with up to 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days. The magistrates ordered he pay £100 compensation and a £95 victim surcharge.
NIKKI TULL, 44, of High Street, Cuddesdon, admitted failing to ensure that household waste produced at a domestic property in Stadhampton was transferred to an authorised person. She was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £272 in costs and surcharge.
DEVISTON FRANCIS, 44, of Cherry Tree Drive, Abingdon, was fined a total of £690 for six counts of breaching HGV weight limits on the A415 at Kingston Bagpuize. He must pay £180 costs and a £69 victim surcharge.
CHRISTOPHER BALL, 30, of Challenor Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a Mercedes Benz in Oxford Road, Abingdon, on February 20, 2021, while unfit through drugs. He was fined £80 and given 10 penalty points.
MICHAEL YOUNGSON, 33, of Ansell Way, Milton under Wychwood, admitted drink driving. He was fined £992, banned from the roads for 18 months and must pay a £99 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
KLODIAN BASHA, 39, of Middleton Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving a grey Mercedes on December 17 last year. He was fined £276, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
