MORE than 60 black bin bags full of insulation material have been illegally dumped in a farmer's field.
The fly-tipped building waste was found on land near Great Western Park off Sir Frank Williams Avenue.
South Oxfordshire District Council took to Facebook to appeal for witnesses who may have seen the person responsible for the fly-tipping.

Illegal waste disposal is a serious criminal offence.
It carries a fine of up to £50,000 and 12 months imprisonment. Or an unlimited fine and up to five years' imprisonment if indicted to the Crown Court.
