A lorry crash briefly closed a road outside the Westgate Centre.
Firefighters were called earlier this morning to Speedwell Street, Oxford.
It appeared a flatbed Veolia truck had struck a bollard at the corner of Speedwell Street and Old Greyfriars Street. An oil slick could be seen on the tarmac.
By 10am, Speedwell Street had reopened to traffic in both directions. The junction with Old Greyfriars Street remained shut.
Due to an incident at Westgate, no buses are able to serve bus stops in this area until further notice.
