Located on Bayswater Mill Road in Headington, the two bedroom property is on the market for just £93,000.
This is well below the average property price for Oxford homes of £572,702.
Wheatley Estates, which is marketing it, describe the home as a 'well-presented' single park home.
It is also set on a 'surprisingly large plot' of land
The home is said to be ideal for a couple or young family as it has no age restrictions on the site.
The property has been on the market since November last year and comes under council tax Band A.
