A woman has been fined by an Oxford court for entering the motorway at a prohibited place.
Nadia Bibi, of Hatters Lane in High Wycombe, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on October 5 2021.

The court found that on April 10 2021 Bibi drove a vehicle onto the southbound carriageway of the M40 at Junction 1A. There was a traffic sign indicating that there was no entry onto the carriageway at the time.
43-year old Bibi was fined £440, made to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and costs of £90.
Her driving record was also endorsed with three points by the court.
