A driver has been fined by an Oxford court for failing to wear a seatbelt while on the road.
Michael Daly, of Cowper Road in Slough, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on December 30 2021.

The court found that 57-year old Daly drove a vehicle on Northborough Road in Slough on June 16 2021 whilst not wearing a seatbelt.
His actions were contrary to the Motor Vehicles (Wearing of seat belts) Regulations 1993 which requires that all adults driving a vehicle wear a seatbelt.
You can be fined up to £500 if you do not wear a seatbelt when you are supposed to.
Daly was fined £150, made to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
