An event is planned to protest against Covid restrictions.
The World Wide Demonstration (also known as the World Wide Rally For Freedom) have members organising events in cities worldwide over the same weekend.
Their website says they are "dedicated to emboldening citizens to push back against coronavirus-related restrictions in their countries".
All events operated by the World Wide Demonstration member organisations "are peaceful and apolitical", it said.
The Oxford event is planned to take place in Bonn Square on Saturday January 22 at 1pm.
WWD states it is "advocating for five important objectives" - end lockdowns, end mask mandates, prevent vaccine mandates and coercion, return to standard international and domestic travel and end all State of Emergency declaration.
"As one massive, united, and peaceful community, we will stand up and demand an end to the current restrictions and authoritarian control measures," states the website.
