Last night, the Radcliffe Camera was lit up for the filming of the new Willy Wonka motion picture starring Timothée Chalamet.
Last weekend technicians began setting up in the Radcliffe Square, a large crane was seen towering over the building and boxes, clearly marked with the Warner Bros film studio logo, covered the square.

Earlier this month it was reported that scenes will also be shot at Hertford College on Catte Street.
Students were informed though the college’s newsletter, saying that the college cat, Simpkin IV would be ‘competing for quad space with the cast and crew of the new Wonka film’.
Timothee Chalamet plays a young Willy Wonka in this origins story about the eccentric chocolate factory owner.
