The NHS booking system will be open for those under the age of 30 from Wednesday but the Prime Minister said “in some cases you can walk in” [from today].

From tomorrow, (Monday 13 December), people have been asked to work from home, if they can.
From Wednesday (December 15), an NHS COVID pass or proof of negative lateral flow test will be required to gain access to major venues such as nightclubs, indoor venues with more than 500 people, unseated outdoor venues with more than 4,000 people, and any venue with more than 10,000 people.
