Driver arrested after speeding and drug driving
A driver was caught speeding and tested positive for drugs.
Police conducted speed enforcement on the B420 at Weston on the Green, near Bicester yesterday morning.

They reported four traffic offences and one of these drivers also failed a drug wipe for cannabis and was arrested.
