Oxford is by no means a cheap city to park in, with motorists forking out more than £30 at some car parks for a day ticket.
Car parking prices in the city centre vary from £3 for up to an hour to a huge £35 for more than eight hours parking. Prices which leave daytrippers to the city and shoppers out of pocket.
As the festive season is fast approaching more people will be heading into the city centre to do their Christmas shopping.
