A BUSINESS which allows customers to shop from independent food retailers has launched in Oxfordshire.
Trove is an online service which enables people to shop from local independent stores and get items in a single delivery to their door.
The business is currently operating in West Oxfordshire, with plans to prove the concept before moving into new areas.
Suppliers currently include Chadlington Quality Foods and Hook Norton Butchers.

Trove was incorporated last year, with 12 months spent researching and building the platform.
Co-founders Victoria Ayres and Felicity Beasley hope the business will support the local high street and provide people with a convenient way to shop from local businesses.
They say that although there was an increase in shoppers buying locally last year, the demand for home delivery continues to challenge independent retailers.
Ms Ayres said: “At a time when people need them most, local producers and food retailers are disappearing.
“Innovation is the answer to saving this industry for future generations and Trove will cement the future of the high street.”
The Trove van will be on the road delivering around Chipping Norton and West Oxfordshire from Tuesday to Friday.
