WE all know house prices in Oxford are expensive, but do you know just how much prices change by area?
Properties in Oxford had an overall average price of £568,595 over the last year.
The majority of sales were of semi-detached houses selling for an average price of £600,033, while terraced properties sold for £492,969, with flats fetching £330,693.

The latest figures on property site Rightmove provided by HM Land Registry show the most expensive place in the city to buy a house is Jericho, with properties selling at an average price of more than £1million over the last year.
Blackbird Leys saw homes sell the cheapest with an overall average price of £270,898 over the last year.
