JACK COX, 21, of North Street, Middle Barton, was fined £300, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge after he admitted driving on the A44 at Woodstock without insurance.
KARLA GIL, 39, of Kennington Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She must pay a £100 fine and £124 in costs and surcharge. Her licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
JONATHAN HENDERSON, 25, of Cartertet Close, Willen, was fined £415 after he admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay £131 in costs and surcharge.
ALAN HOLLAND, 24, of Cherry Tree Way, Carterton, was found to have driven in Teasel Way, Carterton, without insurance or a valid licence. He was fined £880, must pay £178 in costs and surcharge and was given six penalty points.
ANTHONY PECKHAM, 60, of Grebe Road, Bicester, was fined £440 after the magistrates found he had been speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He must pay £134 in costs and surcharge and was given four penalty points.
AURELIA PEDRAZA, 45, of Kinsey Road, Smethwick, was found to have been speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was fined £440, must pay £134 in costs and surcharge and was given five penalty points.
ANDREI SIRBU, 26, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance. He was fined £660, given six points and must pay £140 in costs and surcharge.
CARLTON CHRISTIAN, 28, of Marjoram Close, Oxford, was fined £660 after the magistrates found he failed to identify the driver of a Renault suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
CALVIN HOLMES, 37, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted drug driving a Citroen C3 in Jericho Street, Oxford, on September 2, 2020. He was fined £120 and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
DANIEL COLLINS, 37, of no fixed address, admitted breaching post prison supervision by failing to attend supervision appointments in April. He was jailed for 10 days.
BENJAMIN JAMIESON, 32, of Waltham Gardens, Banbury, was fined £160 and banned from the roads for a year after he admitted drug driving on Hazel Crescent. He was caught over the limit for cannabis. He must pay £524 in costs and surcharge.
LEE PITT, 39, of Brasenose Road, Didcot, admitted causing actual bodily harm, possession of a baseball bat in Norris Close, Abingdon, and affray. The offences were committed on April 24. He was bailed and his case sent to Oxford Crown Court on October 21 for sentence.
DANIEL HUNTLEY, 32, of Market Square, Bicester, was given an 18 month community order and must complete the building better relationships programme after he admitted breaching a restraining order banning him from going to a property in George Street, Bicester. The magistrates ordered he pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
GERALDINE VARNEY, 56, of Hethe, Oxfordshire, was given a two year stalking protection order. It prevents her from contacting a named woman, going to the village of Fritwell or attending a Thames Valley Police site in Howes Lane, Bicester.
JERMAINE JONES, 39, of James Street, was sentenced to 12 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half after he admitted assaulting a woman by beating her on August 12. The conditions of his suspended sentence require him to complete an alcohol rehabilitation programme, do the building better relationships programme and carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £135 costs and a £128 victim surcharge.
MARTIN HEATH, 35, of Hardwick Park, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot 307 without insurance and without due care and attention. He admitted damaging a silver Ford Fusion, with prosecutors offering no evidence on an allegation he drove the Peugeot dangerously. He was fined £720, banned from driving for three months and ordered to pay £242 in costs and surcharge.
ZAHID RIASAT, 50, of Outram Road, pleaded guilty to possession of a fighting dog, an American Pitbull Terrier called Chopper. He was fined £150. Unless Chopper is registered with Defra, microchipped, muzzled in a public place, controlled by an over-16 at all times and insured, the dog will be destroyed. Riasat must pay £184 in costs and surcharge.
DAVID LANGSBURY, 38, of Marston Street, Oxford, was ordered to pay £67.50 in compensation after he admitted stealing alcohol from Tesco.
PAUL WOOD, 49, of Colemans Hill, Oxford, was found guilty of harassing a woman in Oxford between June 1 and July 17 last year. He was given a community order with a mental health treatment requirement. A restraining order bans him from contacting his victim for three years. He was ordered to pay £200 compensation and must pay £295 in costs and surcharge.
MICHAEL CLARK, 37, of Bridge Wharf, Chertsey, was found guilty of drink driving in the Defence Academy car park, Watchfield, on November 15, 2019. He was fined £300 and given six points. The magistrates did not ban him from driving due to the ‘shortness of distance driven’, the court record said. He must pay £734 in costs and surcharge.
GEORGE GEOGHEGAN, 33, of Feneway, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to burgling Elly’s Cake Shop, Banbury, and stealing £40 cash on December 10, 2020. He was jailed for 18 weeks due to a ‘flagrant disregard for people and their property’. He was ordered to pay £500 compensation.
TEJIN PALAN, 23, of Broad Field Road, Yarnton, pleaded guilty to drink driving. The magistrates fined him £120 and banned him from driving for 20 months. He was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
KATARZYNA GONCIARZ, 30, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, admitted drink driving. She was fined £426, banned from driving for 22 months and ordered to pay £128 in costs and surcharge.
PEDRO MAGNO, 37, of Wood Farm Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was fined £300 and given a 17 month driving disqualification. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
ELLIE COLLETT, 23, of Farmhouse Meadow, Witney, admitted assault by beating. She will be sentenced on October 12.
ADAM DAVENPORT, 20, of Asquith Road, Oxford, admitted a charge of criminal damage. He must pay £1,750 in compensation.
