HOME-MADE chocolate cake and muffins were available as part of a coffee morning in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

The event was hosted by Wicked Chocolate and iScream Oxford, both of which are traders in the Covered Market.

Customers and other businesses donated cakes, including home-made chocolate cakes, muffins and a lemon cake, while chocolatiers Auroso Chocolate donated some sweet treats too.

The Covered Market posted online: “We met Jackie Townsend whose husband sadly died of cancer just last week.

“We are in awe of her bravery for coming to support.

“Much love to you and your family Jackie.”
