BRIAN RAMSEY, 20, care of Summerfield Close, Blockley, was found guilty of assaulting a man and woman on separate dates in July and August last year. He was given a two year community order with 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days, ordered to pay £100 compensation and £345 in costs and surcharge. A restraining order prevents him from going to Bovingtons Yard, Aston, for two years.

GEORGE BAKER, 21, of Hilliat Field, Drayton, was fined £1,760 for breaching coronavirus rules by leaving his home without a reasonable excuse in February. He must pay £266 in costs and surcharge. The court record notes his alias is ‘A One’.

CALLUM EDGE, 25, of Waynflete Road, Oxford, admitted breaching the coronavirus rules by being out the house without a reasonable excuse in February. He was fined £450 and must pay £135 in costs and surcharge.

KERA GIBSON, 30, of Alice Smith Square, Littlemore, was found to have taken part in a gathering at her home in breach of coronavirus rules. She was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

LAURA KWIATKOWSKI, 21, of Juxon Street, Oxford, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge after she was found to have taken part in a coronavirus regulation-breaking gathering at a house in Magdalen Road.

SAFFRON LEE, 18, of Mill Street, Wantage, was found to have taken part in a gathering at a house in Adkin Way, Wantage, in January in breach of the coronavirus regulations. She was fined £1,760 and must pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREW LEIGHTON, 34, of Evenlode Drive, Didcot, was fined £1,760 for taking part in an outdoor gathering in Coronation Square, Reading, in March. He must pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

JOSEPH SHALLIS, 56, of Canal Street, Oxford, was fined £1,760 over a gathering of two or more people at his home on March 24. He must pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

MIHELA BUGA, 41, of Milton Street, Banbury, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis last October and driving a Peugeot 206 on the Kingsway without a licence or insurance. She was fined £530, banned from driving for 17 months and must pay £303 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREW HURTAULT, 40, of Botley Road, Oxford, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment after he pleaded guilty to stealing £42-worth of coffee from the Co-op, damaging a door at the Botley Road youth hostel and possession of cocaine. He must pay £20 compensation to the Co-op and £20 to the youth hostel.

IMOESHI DIRISU, 29, o Sandford Road, Littlemore, pleaded guilty to exposing his genitals in Oxford on April 3. The flasher was given a two year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

MALCOLM MORTON, 41, of Menmarsh Road, Worminghall, was found guilty of driving a Renault Kangoo on Green Road, Risinghurst, last September while banned from the road and uninsured. He admitted another count of disqualified driving and driving without insurance. He was banned from driving for a further six months and must do 100 hours of unpaid work and 32 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a 12 month community order. The magistrates ordered he pay £245 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREW SILVER, 38, of Hailey Roadd, Witney, admitted failing to comply with his community order by not attending probation appointments in July and August. The order was varied, with Silver now required to do 75 hours of unpaid work.

CHARLES BIRKETT, 31, of Richmond Dale, Bristol, was fined £646 after he pleaded guilty to speeding on the B430 at Weston-on-the-Green. He was caught doing 66mph on the 40mph limit road. The magistrates ordered he pay £154 in costs and surcharge and imposed six penalty points.

ANTONIO FREITAS, 30, of Kings End, Bicester, was found to have driven on Queens Avenue, Bicester, without insurance or a licence. He was fined £880, given six penalty points and was ordered to pay £178 in costs and surcharge.

KEITH JONES, 57, of Nuffield Road, Headington, was fined £440 for driving on an expired licence and in a car without a valid MOT. He was ordered to pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

HAYDEN KENNEDY, 21, of Abbey Road, Banbury, admitted driving without a licence or insurance. He was fined £400, given six points and must pay £80 in costs and surcharge.

KARINNE ALVES, 44, of Weldon Road, Oxford, was found to have been speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was caught driving at 60mph in the 40 zone. The magistrates fined her £440, imposed five penalty points and ordered she pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

BEVERLEY PRENDERVILLE, 58, of Mortimer Road, Oxford, was fined £660 and given six points for driving without insurance on Abingdon Road in March. She must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

DALE SALLIS, 27, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, was found to have driven on Beaumont Road, Banbury, without a valid licence. He was fined £220, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

SIMLA SUTTON, 39, of Drayton Road, Birmingham, was caught doing 99mph on the M40 at Kings Sutton. She was fined £440, given six points and ordered to pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

MARCELINO VERDIAL, 41, of Southfield Park, Oxford, was found to have driven without insurance or a licence. He was fined £880, given six penalty points and told to pay £170 in costs and surcharge.

VINCENT TAYLOR, 58, of Harwood Rise, Woolton Hill, was fined £106 after he admitted speeding in a light goods vehicle on the A34 at Radley. He was caught doing 91mph in the 60mph zone. He was banned from driving for six months due to reoffending and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

LUKE WHITEHEAD, 27, of Churchill Avenue, Aylesbury, was fined £660 and banned from the roads for 21 days after he was found to have been driving on the A41 at Bicester at 73mph. The road has a 40mph limit. He must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.
