POLICE are looking for witnesses after a man sustained life threatening injuries following a road traffic collision.
At 2.30pm on Friday August 20, a white Scania Tipper HGV collided with a cyclist on Thorney Leys Road in Witney.
It happened between the Curbridge Road roundabout and the junction with Guild Close.

The cyclist, a man aged in his sixties, sustained life threatening injuries and is now in hospital in a critical condition.
One arrest has been made in connection with this incident.
Thames Valley Police are now appealing for witnesses following the incident.
Investigating officer PC Sarah Davies, of the Joint Operations Unit for Roads Policing said: “I am appealing for witnesses to this incident whereby a cyclist has sustained life threatening injuries after this collision.
“I would ask that anyone who was in or near the area in which this collision took place, to get in touch with us if you saw anything or have any information on it.

“Also, if any motorists in the area that have dash cam could please check as to whether anything significant was caught, as it could help our investigation.
