JIMI MONAGHAN, 18, of John Jones Close, Abingdon, was given a 12 month community order with 180 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £300 compensation after he admitted assaulting a police officer, obstructing a police officer and possession of cannabis.
GASPAR MOREIRA, 31, of Bernwood Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching the terms of his sex offender notification requirements. He was given a community order with 180 hours of unpaid work and pay £175 in costs and surcharge.
AARON CHEWINGS, 36, of Abbott Road, Didcot, was fined £432 after he admitted dumping a mattress, two TV sets, cardboard boxes, bags of household waste and ‘other miscellaneous items’. He was ordered to pay £300 costs and a £43 victim surcharge.
KELLY PROBETS, 39, of Meyseys Close, Headington, was found guilty of failing to take reasonable steps to ensure that household waste was transferred to an authorised person. She was fined £180 and ordered to pay £634 in costs and surcharge.
LUKE GRANT, 35, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted assault by beating and disorderly behaviour. He was given 12 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year. He must pay £100 compensation and £310 costs.
KATHERINE GOOD, 23, of Barleyfield Way, Oxford, admitted assault by beating. She received a 12 month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £85 compensation and £67 in costs and surcharge.
PATRICE KIRTLAND, 33, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, was given a community order with a six month drug rehabilitation requirement after she admitted burgling the James Street Tavern and Cowley Retreat in April. She must pay £100 in compensation.
JOHN WELLS, 26, of London Road, Oxford, admitted speeding on the A420. He was fined £100, given three points and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
UMAR KHAN, 20, of Sinclair Avenue, Banbury, was fined £40 and given three points after he pleaded guilty to speeding on the A40. He must pay £50 in costs and surcharge.
SIMON POWIS, 53, of West End, Cholsey, admitted speeding in Moulsford last December. He was fined £220, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
AIDAN REDMOND, 22, of Bristol Road, Bicester, was fined £440 after speeding on the A41. He was given six points and ordered to pay £134.
LOUISE SMITH, 37, of Milton Road, Bloxham, was fined £220 and given three points on his licence. He was ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
PIOTR SOWA, 51, of Thorney Leys, Witney, admitted speeding on the M40 near Great Milton. He was caught doing 96mph. The magistrates fined him £265, imposed six penalty points and ordered he pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
FLORIN STAN, 28, of Weald Street, Weald, was found to have been speeding on Witney Road, Standlake. He was fined £220, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
OLIVER STONE, 21, of Blandford Avenue, Oxford, admitted speeding on the A41 near Bicester. He was fined £1,350, given six points and ordered to pay £210 in costs and surcharge.
PHILIP TATE, 56, of Monks Close, Oxford, was found to have failed to identify the driver of a Volvo suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156.
ALEX VICKERS, 38, of Fairfield Close, Grove, admitted speeding on Witney Road, Standlake, and was fined £76, given three points, and was ordered to pay £124.
SHANE WALKER, 25, of Ernest Road, Didcot, was found to have failed to identify the driver of a VW suspected of committing a traffic offence. He was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.
WAYNE WARREN, 53, of Brashfield Road, Bicester, was found to have failed to wear a seatbelt in Bletchley. He was fined £440 and ordered to pay £134 in costs and surcharge.
MATTHEW WHITAKER, 31, of Lancaster Close, Bicester, admitted speeding on the A41 in Bicester. He was fined £346, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
TONY WILLIAMS, 54, of Wharfe Lane, Henley-on-Thames, pleaded guilty to speeding on the B481 last November. He was fined £57, given three penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
WASIM ALI, 27, of Causeway, Banbury, was found to have breached coronavirus regulations by leaving his home without a reasonable excuse. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.
RICARDO DA SILVA, 47, of no fixed address, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge after he was found to have breached coronavirus rules by being at Radley Lakes without a reasonable excuse in February.
ANTHONY HUGHES, 39, of Rochester Way, Twyford, was found to have breached coronavirus regulations y taking part in a gathering of two or more people at St Mary’s Church, Banbury. He was found to have breached the rules on two other occasions. He was fined £1,760 and must pay £266 in costs and surcharge.
CHERRY LYNN JOINES, 63, of Rochester Way, Twyford, was found to have breached the coronavirus regulations on three occasions. She was fined £1,568 and ordered to pay £247 in costs and surcharge.
JAMIE PETERS, 30, of Coverley Road, Oxford, was fined £1,760 and must pay £266 in costs and surcharge after magistrates found he had taken part in a gathering of two or more people in a house in Hollow Way, Oxford, in January in breach of coronavirus regulations.
SUSANNA AXFORD, 64,of Fernhill Road, Begbroke, pleaded guilty to drink driving. She was caught driving a Peugeot on the A4260 in Kidlington when she had 79mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £184, ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge and banned from driving for a year.
HUGH WHITE, 59, of Littleworth Park, Littleworth, admitted committing a public nuisance by performing a sex act in front of a woman at his home. An earlier 12 week suspended sentence for similar offending was activated, with White jailed for a total of 35 weeks. He must pay a £128 victim surcharge.
ZAFRAN SULTAN, 38, of Harcourt Hill Campus, Oxford, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour in Aylesbury, disorderly behaviour at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and breaching an earlier conditional discharge. He was fined £160 and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
NATHAN COX, 33, of Cricket Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving. He was caught in a Vauxhall Astra on Oxford Road, Kidlington, when tests showed he had 46mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was fined £270, banned from driving for a year and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
DAVID MOTT, 34, of Jablin Way, Benson, was fined £460 after he was found over the drink drive limit while driving a Ford Focus in Benson in June. He had 48mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The magistrates fined him £460, disqualified him from driving for a year and ordered that he pay £131 in costs and surcharge.
