A STREET in South Oxfordshire has been closed for emergency Thames Water works this morning.
Oxfordshire County Council, which is the highway authority, confirmed that High Street in Wallingford is shut at the junction with St Martin's Street eastbound, towards the bridge.
The reason for the works is yet unclear.
