OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT
TEMITOPE ADEGBITE, 42, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted driving without due care and attention on Oxford Road, Banbury, on November 24 last year. He was fined £84, given three penalty points and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
NICHOLAS COOMBE, 34, of Harvest Way, Witney, was fined £120 and banned from driving for 20 months after he pleaded guilty to drink driving. He had 76mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, more than twice the legal limit of 35mcgs. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
RAFAL CUDAK, 34, of Fraser Close, Banbury, admitted drink driving, driving without insurance and driving without a valid licence. He was found to have 67mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £670, banned from driving for a year and a half and must pay £152 in costs and surcharge.
SAMSON GILL, 47, of Reedmace Road, Bicester, admitted possession of cannabis. He was given a six month conditional discharge and must pay £106 in costs and surcharge.
GILES LLOYD, 35, of Ambrosden, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the M40. He had 75mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, more than twice the legal limit. He was fined £670, banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £152 in costs and surcharge.
KENNY MCEWAN, 41, of Harlech Close, Banbury, was jailed for 24 weeks after he admitted stealing alcohol from Tesco and breaching a suspended sentence imposed in December for 20 counts of theft. He must pay a £128 victim surcharge.
MARTIN BUCKLEY, 54, of Dirac Place, Didcot, pleaded guilty to resisting police constables. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge and made subject to a restraining order until January next year banning him from contacting two people. He must pay a £22 victim surcharge.
NASHE CHITEMBWE, 19, of Pickett Avenue, Oxford, was fined £120 and banned from driving for a year for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. He was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
ELEANOR HOGG, 56, of Elder Way, Oxford, admitted two counts of assault by beating. She was fined £80 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
ROBERT HAWKINS, 22, of Longworth, Abingdon, was fined £320 after he admitted drug driving. He was found to be over the limit for cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine, having been driving a Ford Fusion on the A415 Marcham Road on December 22 last year. He was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
JYE HOLLAND, 29, of Moulsford, Wallingford, admitted breaching sex offender notification requirements by failing to tell the police in January he had been staying at an address where an under-18 lives. He was fined £415 and told to pay £126 in costs and surcharge.
SUSAN JONES, 55, of Dirac Place, Didcot, was fined £166 after she admitted driving a Honda Jazz on Mersey Way, Didcot, in May while unfit to drive through drink. She was given 10 penalty points, fined £166 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
OLIVER KEEN, 19, of Kings Road, Bloxham, admitted drug driving a Nissan Micra in Bloxham. He was over the cannabis limit. He was banned from the roads for a year, fined £276 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
NICHOLAS CARNALL, 29, of Lakesmere Close, Kidlington, was fined £276 and disqualified from driving for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus while over the cannabis drug driving limit and possession of cannabis. He was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
LOREN MOORE, 24, of Pioneer Way, Bicester, admitted drug driving. He was over the cannabis limit when driving a Ford Fiesta in Bicester last December. He was fined £80, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
EMMANUEL RUZIGANA, 49, of Boundary Brook Road, Oxford, admitted drunk driving a Toyota Yaris in Cowley Road. He had 48mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £400, banned from the roads for three years due to repeat offending and ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge. He also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance.
EMMANUEL TAGOE, 41, of Stanway Road, Oxford, was sentenced to 12 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years after he pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. He was banned from driving for two years and ordered to pay £550 costs and a £128 victim surcharge.
STEWART HAYES, 38, of Weald Street, Bampton, admitted three charges of breaching a non-molestation order. He was ordered to do 180 hours of unpaid work and a drug rehabilitation requirement as part of a two year community order. The magistrates imposed a two year restraining order and told him to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
ANDREW GREENOUGH, 40, of Southfield Drive, Sutton Courtenay, was fined £40 for failing to comply with the requirements of a community order imposed last July.
ALEXANDRA JONES, 26, of Shiplake, Henley on Thames, admitted failing to attend unpaid work sessions and was fined £100.
MURTAZAR AHMED, 31, of Swinburne Road, Oxford, was sent to prison for 10 weeks after he admitted breaching a suspended sentence order by failing to attend unpaid work appointments.
PATRYK WROBEL, 23, of Newland Place, Banbury, was fined £100 for failing to attend telephone appointments with the probation service. He admitted breaching his community order.
KLODIAN ABDIAJ, 28, of Castle Street, Banbury, was fined £880 and given six penalty points for driving without insurance or a licence in Banbury on March 10, 2021. He must pay £178 in costs and surcharge.
RAYANA DA SILVA, 27, of Orchid Mews, Harwell, admitted speeding on the A41 near Bicester. She was fined £197, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
DARYL FINCH, 34, of Crowmarsh Gifford, near Wallingford, was found to have driven without insurance. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.
SIMON FITZGERALD, 46, of Norreys Drive, Chesterton, admitted driving without a licence in Banbury. He was fined £40, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
MATEASA GRANT, 31, of Stratton Way, Abingdon, was found to have driven without insurance on Ock Street, Abingdon. She was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.
MARTYNAS MARTINAUS, 28, of Berry Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. He was fined £199, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
LIAM O’NEILL, 28, of Ardley, Oxfordshire, was fined £660 and given six points after he was found to have driven without insurance in Drayton. He was ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.
