CHARLOTTE DUNNE, 39, of Bayswater Road, Headington, admitted driving at more than 40mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 Bicester on March 25. She was fined £415, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £41 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

RICKY FOTHERINGHAM, 29, of Ballingers, Shrivenham, was fined £220 and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge after a charge of driving without wearing a seatbelt was found proved.

CATHERINE HANDS, 31, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, was found guilty of driving without insurance or a licence in Marlborough Close. She was fined £880, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

VICTORIA HOLLELY, 36, of Spinage Close, Faringdon, admitted doing 72mph in a 40 zone on the A41 near Bicester. She was fined £120, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

SAMANTHA LUCAS, 48, of Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire, admitted speeding on Launton Road, Bicester. She was fined £66, ordered to pay £34 in victim surcharge and her licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LUKE MCKENNA, 24, of Northcourt Walk, Abingdon, was fined £220 and given six penalty points after a charge of driving while using a mobile phone was found proved.

GRACE MILLER, 27, of Chamomile Place, Banbury, pleaded guilty to speeding on Aynho Road, Adderbury. He was fined £66, given three penalty points and ordered to pay £34 in costs and surcharge.

CLAUDIU MOLDOVEANU, 20, of Rose Hill, Oxford, was found guilty of driving without insurance and licence. He was fined £880, ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge and given six penalty points.

STUART OBERSTAR, 42, of Meadow Prospect, Oxford, was found to have been speeding on Woodstock Road, Yarnton. He was fined £440, given four points and told to pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

EUGENIA PAINTSIL, 26, of Bovingdon Road, Carterton, was fined £280 and told to pay £124 in costs and surcharge after she admitted driving without insurance or a licence. The magistrates imposed six penalty points.

SHYAAM PAUL-MITCHELL, 34, of Upper Heyford, admitted speeding on the M40. He was fined £66, given three points and told to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

ERVIN PISLI, 28, of Derwent Avenue, Headington, was found to have driven without insurance on the Eastern Bypass. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

MELISSA PYKE, 25, of Elmhurst Way, Carterton, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A34 near Wytham. She was fined £100, given three points and told to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

DEAN ROBERTSON, 30, of Red Kite Way, Didcot, was fined £275 and given six points for doing 75mph in a 40 zone on the A41 near Bicester. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

AMARDEEP TAKHAR, 38, of Gillotts Lane, Henley-on-Thames, was found to have been driving at 99mph on the M40. He received a £440 fine, five penalty points and was told to pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

CAROL BLACKWELL, 65, of Warmans Close, Wantage, was found to have failed to give information to police regarding the identity of a driver suspected of having committed a traffic office. She was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £260 in costs and surcharge.

ELIAS MADZAR, 19, of Rotherfield Peppard, near Henley-on-Thames, admitted driving a Corsa in Didcot while over the cannabis drug driving limit. He was fined £110, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

RESHAM SINGH, 30, of Ilsley Road, Oxford, was given 200 hours of unpaid work after he admitted being almost four times the drink driving limit. He blew 134mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath after being stopped behind the wheel of a VW Golf in Bernwood Road, Oxford. Magistrates imposed an 18 month community order, banned him from driving for three years and told him to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

GEORGE ORBULESCU, 34, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, was jailed for seven weeks after he admitted using threatening behaviour. An earlier suspended prison sentence imposed in Ipswich in 2019 for voyeurism was activated by the magistrates. He was found not guilty of exposing himself.

EMMA MORLEY, 30, of Burchester Avenue, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assaulting four police officers and drunk and disorderly behaviour. She was given a 12 month community order with 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. She must pay £50 compensation to one of the officers and £85 in costs.

AADAM KHAN, 20, of Church Cowley Road, Oxford, was found guilty of possession with intent to supply cannabis. He admitted other offences of possession of cannabis and cocaine. The magistrates imposed an 18 month community order with 120 hours of unpaid work and a drug rehabilitation requirement. He must pay £240 in costs and surcharge.

HELENA MCENEANEY, 23, of Aysgarth Road, Yarnton, was fined £400 and banned from driving for nine months after she admitted drug driving in Begbroke and possession of cannabis. She was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.

CONNOR O’LAUGHLIN, 21, of Westfield, Harwell, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Vauxhall Meriva in Abingdon. He was fined £400, disqualified from driving for 16 months and told to pay £125 in costs and surcharge.

FERREIRA VINEBALDO, 35, of Weldon Road, Oxford, was found to have driven on Garsington Road, Cowley, without insurance. He was banned from driving for eight months due to repeat offending, fined £660 and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

JAVED AHMED, 26, of Randolph Street, Oxford, was found guilty of breaking Covid-19 regulations by taking part in a gathering at a house in Hollow Way, Oxford, that consisted of two or more people. He was fined £1,760 and told to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

TABAS AHMED, 29, of Withycombe Drive, Banbury, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge for breaching coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering of two or more people in a vehicle in Beaumont Road, Banbury.

IAN CAMMIDGE, 49, of Thyme Close, Banbury, was found to have breached coronavirus regulations by taking part in an outdoor gathering in Bridge Street, Banbury. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

BERNARD DAY, 49, of Morrell Crescent, Oxford, was given a six month conditional discharge after he was found to have breached coronavirus regulations by being out of his home without a reasonable excuse. He was ordered to pay £112 in costs and surcharge.

JUSTIN HUGHES, 20, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, was found guilty of being part of a gathering in a Range Rover in breach of the coronavirus regulations. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

JOSHUA OCHOLA-BOLGER, 24, of Denny Gardens, Oxford, admitted breaching coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering in Kidlington on February 5. He was fined £840 and told to pay £174 in costs and surcharge.
