A NUMBER of homes in Oxfordshire have been left without electricity due to a power cut, which is set to last all day.
Engineers from Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks are currently on site of planned works in Witney and surrounding areas.
There are four affected postcodes - OX29 6UN, OX29 6UT, OX29 6UU and OX29 6UX.
Residents lost power at 7.30 this morning and according to the Scottish & Southern website, it will be restored at 5.30pm.

A statement from the supplier said: "We are sorry for the loss of supply.
"The reason you are currently without power is a planned outage in the areas listed.
"We have turned off your electricity supply to allow us to safely carry out essential work to our electrical equipment.
"By doing this, it will help us to improve the reliability of our service to you for the future.
