A NUMBER of walk-in vaccine clinics have opened doors in Oxford as Covid-19 cases in the city reach highest levels since the beginning of the pandemic.
This week, people who have not received their first dose of a jab will be able to pop in two hubs in Oxford and one in Banbury without an appointment.
These are the three clinics and their opening times:
Iffley Road Sports Centre, Iffley Road, Cowley – opened from Tuesday until Thursday this week, from 9.30am to 7.30pm; Friday from 9.30am to 6pm

Ewert House, Ewert Place, Summertown – opened from Tuesday until Thursday this week, from 9.30am to 7.30pm; Friday from 9.30am to 6pm
Banbury Cross Health Centre, South Bar House, 6 Oxford Road, Banbury – Saturday this week, from 10.30am to 2pm
These walk-in clinics are for first does only.
People who attend will have their vaccination record updated online and can book in their second dose appointment (for around eight weeks later) using the national booking system.
Anyone aged 18 or over can also book a vaccination on the national booking service.
