IONUT BRATU, 29, of West Bar Street, Banbury, was found to have breached Covid-19 regulations by leaving his home without reasonable excuse on January 13. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.
MARILYN KENNEDY, 28, of Windrush, Banbury, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge after she was found to have breached coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering of two or more people in Banbury on January 16.
IAN MANLEY, 33, of Woodfield, Banbury, was found to have breached Covid rules on January 16 by taking part in a gathering of two or more people. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.
MADALIN-ALIN MIRODONIE, 27, of West Street, Banbury, admitted breaking Covid regulations by taking part in a gathering in West Street, Banbury, on January 16. He was fined £853 and ordered to pay £175 in costs and surcharge.
JAMAL KHAIL, 29, of Cowley Road, Oxford, was found to have breached Covid rules by taking part in a gathering of two or more people in Bullingdon Road, Oxford. He was fined £1,760 in his absence and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.
DENIS-GABRIEL VOCIU, 21, of West Street, Banbury, admitted breaching coronavirus regulations by taking part in a gathering a property in West Street. He was fined £853 and ordered to pay £175 in costs and surcharge.
RICARDO DA SILVA, 47, of no fixed address, admitted driving a Fiat while over the cannabis drug driving limit in Oxford. He was fined £50, banned from driving for 15 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
AARON COLEMAN, 27, of Westlands Drive, Oxford, was given a 12 month conditional discharge after he admitted harassing a woman between October 16 and 20, 2020. He was made subject to a restraining order and ordered to pay £222 in costs and surcharge.
JAY REYNOLDS, 24, of no fixed address, was sentenced to 12 weeks’ imprisonment for damaging an iPhone and a pane of glass, assaulting a woman, racially aggravated threatening behaviour, stealing alcohol from Home Bargains in Wantage and damaging a police van. He must pay £200 compensation, £250 costs and a £128 victim surcharge.
EVIE ASHLEY, 26, of Stanford in the Vale, admitted stealing food and dog treats from Home Bargains in Wantage and food from Sainsbury’s. She was given a 12 month conditional discharge.
AMY THORPE, 35, of Iffley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol from Tesco in Oxford. She was sentenced to a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £169.50 in compensation.
THOMAS MCDONAGH, 19, of Mortimer Road, Oxford, admitted possession of an offensive weapon – a butterfly knife – in Oxford, in March 2020. He was sentenced to 12 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and must complete 80 hours of unpaid work. He was ordered to pay £207 in costs and surcharge.
JORDON AXTELL, 19, of Acacia Avenue, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Toyota Corolla without insurance on Cowley Road and while disqualified from driving. He also admitted obstructing a police officer. The magistrates ordered he do 100 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12 month community order. He was given six penalty points.
MARTIN COX, 48, of Couldrey Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour and drinking alcohol outside St Nicholas Church in breach of a criminal behaviour order. He was sentenced to six weeks’ imprisonment suspended for six months and ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.
JERMAINE JONES, 39, of James Street, Oxford, admitted damaging a window belonging to the Pre-Recovery Project in James Street, Oxford. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.
SCOTT FRIDAY, 25, of West Street, Banbury, was sentenced to four months’ imprisonment suspended for a year-and-a-half after he pleaded guilty to failing to notify police of his address as he was required to do as a registered sex offender. He was ordered to do up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and pay £213 in costs and surcharge.
LEE MORGAN, 20, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with a community order by not attending an unpaid work session. He was fined £250.
RICHARD DENE, 44, of Hensington Close, Woodstock, was fined £807 and ordered to pay £170 in costs and surcharge after he admitted driving without insurance in Woodstock. He was given six penalty points.
JOE ELLIS, 20, of London Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to speeding on Banbury Road, Oxford. He was fined £100, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
JESSAMY HAYES, 27, of Jordan Hill Road, Oxford, was given an 18 month conditional discharge after she admitted assaulting a paramedic in Oxford last May. She was ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £620 in costs.
RAKESH RAJ, 40, of Arncott, Bicester, was given 10 days imprisonment for assaulting a man last September and stealing alcohol from the Co-op. He was ordered to pay £147 in compensation and £213 in costs and surcharge.
JAMES MASSIE, 74, of Foscot, Chipping Norton, admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order by having an Asus laptop without telling his offender manager. He was sentenced to 26 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and told to pay £213 in costs and surcharge.
LEWIS BELL, 27, of Huggett Close, Carterton, was given a 12 month conditional discharge after he pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour in Oxford. He must pay £107 in costs and surcharge.
JASON KELLY, 49, of Brookside, Abingdon, was given a 12 month community order with a six month alcohol treatment requirement after he admitted assaulting a police officer, resisting, damaging a vehicle and assaulting two women and a man. He must complete up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and pay £100 compensation and £180 in costs and surcharge.
MATTHEW MOODY, 29, of Manzel Road, Bicester, admitted assaulting a man by beating him. He was given a 12 month community order and banned from going to The Acorn pub, Bicester. He was told to pay £100 compensation and £180 in costs and surcharge.
ANGELA BOOKER, 58, of High Street, Harwell, was fined £250 after she admitted being the owner of a German Shepherd that injured a man in Abingdon. The magistrates ordered she pay £750 compensation and keep the dog on a lead and muzzle. If she fails to keep the dog on a lead and muzzle it will be destroyed. She must pay a £34 victim surcharge.
SCOTT ROBINSON, 36, of Littleworth, Wheatley, admitted assaulting two men. He was ordered to pay £500 compensation and complete up to 100 hours of unpaid work and 24 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of an 18 month community order. He was told to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
