Drink drive arrest for e-scooter rider stinking of alcohol
AN ELECTRIC scooter rider seen 'weaving along' a road in Oxford was found to be over the legal drink limit.
Police stopped the rider for a chat on Saturday evening and discovered they smelt of alcohol.

The rider failed the breath test and was arrested and taken to custody for a blood procedure.
Officers revealed this was the second drink driver they busted during their shift.
