A video from the scene showed nearly a dozen police officers outside the pub, which were called after a brawl broke out, according to an eyewitness.
It is still unclear what started the fight and whether police made any arrests.
This happened only minutes after England reached the final of the Euro 2020.
Thames Valley Police have been contacted for a comment on the incident.
