HUNDREDS of cannabis plants were discovered at a drugs factory in a business park in Oxfordshire.
The factory was discovered at around 11.30am, and police found around 700 plants within the property in Avenue Three in Witney.
Since then, officers seized all the plants and charged Adhurim Hoxha, of no fixed abode, with being concerned in the production of a controlled drug of Class B.
