AN OXFORDSHIRE woman has appeared in court in connection with a fatal crash in Shipton-under-Wychwood.
Gail Savage, 54, is accused of causing death by careless driving.
It is alleged she was driving a Mercedes on the B4437 on August 3 last year when she struck motorcyclist Martin Malins, 50s.
Appearing before Oxford Crown Court via video link on Tuesday afternoon, Savage, of Over Norton, Oxfordshire, did not enter pleas to the charge.
Judge Michael Gledhill QC adjourned the case until July 23 for reports to be prepared. Savage is expected to enter her pleas at that hearing.
Jane Davies appeared for the Crown Prosecution Service. Savage was represented by Naomi North.
