The new development aims to 'transform' Castle Quay into a 'canal-side experience-led destination', complete with a 10-screen cinema, six restaurants and new parking facilities.
Work started in 2019 and the first phase of opening will begin later this year with the 117-room Premier Inn hotel and 30,000 sq ft Lidl supermarket.
