NINETEEN new coronavirus cases were recorded in Oxfordshire in the latest data dispatch.
However, there are no deaths recorded in the latest data.
The 19 new cases of the infection were spread out around the county, with the largest number in South Oxfordshire.
The latest data, from May 30, shows the new cases spread out as follows:
Oxford – 3
South Oxfordshire – 9
Cherwell – 1
West Oxfordshire – 1
Vale of White Horse – 5
The total number of coronavirus cases since the pandemic started are:
Oxford – 9,639
Oxfordshire – 34,177
England – 3,913,295
The current weekly rate of coronavirus infection in Oxfordshire's population is 12.9 cases per 100,000 people.
The vaccination programme continues at pace across the UK, with 39,259,168 in the country now having received their first dose.
This is 74.5 per cent of the adult population. 48.1 per cent have received a second dose.
On May 29, the latest date available, a total of 183,526 received their first dose of one of the vaccines available.
There have been warnings about the spread of the Indian variant of the coronavirus in recent days, formally known as B1.617.2.
The Government continues to say it plans to end all Covid-related restrictions on June 21, the earliest date in the roadmap for unlocking at which this can take place.
