OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

BARTLOMIEJ WASILEWSKI, 29, of Abbey Brook, Didcot, admitted driving at 80mph in a 70mph zone on the A34, Kennington on October 7. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ROMULUS SONY, 44, of Badgers Walk, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between September 28 and October 26 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LIAM HOWE, 29, of Hill View, Uffington, admitted drug-driving on Park Road, Faringdon on October 12. He had 2.5mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.

DAVID JAMES, 50, of Bodley Place, Oxford, admitted possessing a quantity of cocaine in Abingdon on April 13. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

DAVID TINSON, 41, of Holloway Road, Witney, admitted assault by beating a man in Oxford on December 2. He was made subject to a community order and as part of that, he must carry out unpaid work for 150 hours. He was also made subject to a restraining order. He was fined £100.

BARRY DAVIS, 37, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted harassment between November 25 and December 14. He was made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the victim until April 28, 2022. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85.

LEE PAYNE, 35, of Three Corners Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating a woman in Oxford on June 3. He was made subject to a community order and as part of that, he must attend appointments with a responsible officer for a maximum of 30 days. He was also made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the victim until April 29, 2022. He was ordered to pay compensation of £250 and a victim surcharge of £95.

MATTHEW SHERRY, 37, of Jasmine Walk, Banbury, admitted criminal damage in Banbury on August 18. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85.

MOSHIN KHAN, 21, of Walker Drive, Faringdon, was convicted of criminal damage in Faringdon between November 20 and 23. He was made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the victim until April 29, 2023. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £200.

MOLLY LIPTROT, 18, of Broad Oak, Oxford, admitted trespass at Oxford Train Station on April 29. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

STEFANIE PERRY, 43, of Coltsfoot Square, Oxford, admitted possessing a knife at Fairacres Retail Park, Abingdon on December 1. She was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £42.

JOHN ARGYLE, 37, of West Street, Banbury, admitted stealing bottles of perfume to the value of £632 from Debenhams in Banbury on September 23. He was made subject to a community order, and as part of that, he must attend appointments with a responsible officer for a maximum of 20 days. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £45.

JAMES CUMISKEY, 42, of Royal Berkshire Close, Didcot, admitted drink-driving on the A4130 Didcot on July 4. He had 46mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He also admitted failing to provide a breath specimen for analysis on Hagbourne Road, Didcot on October 27 and at Abingdon Police Station on November 11. He was also convicted of possessing a stanley knife in a public place on Acacia Avenue, Oxford on November 8. In total, he was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £200. He was jailed for 18 weeks. He was also disqualified from driving for 60 months.

BENJAMIN DRUCE, 20, of Church Road, Long Hanborough, admitted drug-driving on Abingdon Road, Oxford on October 8. He had 8.4mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

TING GAO, 37, of Heigham Court, Stanford in the Vale, was convicted of criminal damage on Cranberry Road, Oxfordshire on January 27. She was fined £183, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £385.

MAGUREAN ION, 25, of Fair Close, Bicester, was convicted of driving at 46mph in a 30mph zone on Launton Road, Bicester on September 29. He was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

NICHOLAS LOWE, 52, of Deacon Way, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between October 19 and November 16 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER SAUNDERS, 29, of Redwing Close, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between January 7 and February 4 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DAVID VAULTER, 38, of Cresswell Close, Yarnton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between October 15 and November 12 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SAMUEL COOPER, 29, of Valence Crescent, Witney, admitted possessing a quantity of ketamine on December 7, 2019 in Westbury, Wiltshire. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

PETER QUINN, 28, of Spinney Close, Radley, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from imprisonment on April 6. He was jailed for seven days.

PETER HARK, 32, of Falkland Close, Burford, admitted driving at 55mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 Bicester on October 9, 2018. He was fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
