POLICE have become increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 64-year-old man who has been missing for more than a week.
James Cross was last seen at around 6.45pm on Monday, May 10, cycling along Southcote Lane, Reading.
Mr Cross is a white man, approximately 5ft 4ins tall, of a medium build and he also wears glasses.
He is known to frequent the River Kennet between Reading and Theale, Reading town centre, Maidenhead, Kidlington and Oxford City Centre.

Inspector Alan McIlwain, based at Newbury police station, said: "We are appealing for the public’s help in tracing James as we are concerned for his welfare.
"We would ask anyone who has seen him or knows where his is to please come forward.
"We know that James likes to cycle and frequents the footpaths along the River Kennett.
"You can make a report to us by calling 101, quoting reference 43210214408.
"I would also like to appeal to James directly and ask if that is he sees this appeal to please get in touch as we just want to check that you are okay."
