Memorial benches have been installed in memory of Sir Captain Tom Moore and Wallingford police office PC Andrew Harper - who was killed while on duty in 2019.
The benches have been installed at Marsh Park in Cowley by Oxford City Councillor Sajjad Malik, who represents Cowley Marsh Ward used his councillor's budget to pay for the memorials.
Mr Malik said, reflecting on PC Harper's death: "He will always be remembered for his bravery and it shows police officers all over the country put their lives on line to protect the public when something serious happens they are running into danger to keep us safe."

The second bench installed in Marsh Park was to remember Captain Tom, who died earlier this year after raising over £33 million for the NHS during the pandemic.
The councillor said: "We Thank Sir Tom.
"This bench will not just remind us of his courage but will inspire the future generations."
