A TRADITIONAL family pub in a picturesque village in south Oxfordshire has been put on the market for nearly £700,000.
Situated in Little Milton, the Lamb Inn is a 16th century thatched pub and restaurant, with an old-school interior and a snug atmosphere, which has made it very popular among the local community over the years.
The venue has made a name for itself for its 'excellent' homemade-style cuisine, which regularly receives raving reviews on websites like Tripadvisor.
The Lamb Inn has been operated by its current owners for the past ten years and figures shared by them show an annual turnover of around £300,000.

This is how the 16th century venue is described on the property website Rightmove: "The thatched roof, exposed beams and open fireplace give the property a traditional feel and the current owners have sympathetically decorated the property throughout, adding several contemporary touches.
"The upstairs has a well kept, very comfortable three bed owners accommodation, including a bathroom, kitchen, lounge and storage.
"The pub is at the heart of the local community and is very popular amongst its regulars for its good food and range of wines and ales."
Some key features include the terrace are that is now covered with a partially open marquee to allow for year round use, which can fit up to 30 visitors.
There is parking available for 20 cars and a 'gorgeous' garden at the back of the pub can be enjoyed by dozens of people during the summer months.

Trading as a traditional country pub/restaurant, the Lamb Inn offers a consistent level of quality service and maintains high standards to retain its popularity within the local community.
The ground floor comprises a bar and restaurant area with space for around 50 covers.
The business is ideally placed for a new owner to run themselves or under management, taking advantage of the years of goodwill built up by the current publicans.
Potential buyers looking to move in can also enjoy the three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and storage area on the first floor.
This is how local Douglas Crendon described his visit to the Lamb Inn in September: "This is a wonderful gem in Little Milton.
"It is a really lovely pub with a gorgeous garden.

"Pleasant service, plenty of parking and all reasonably priced.
"I will go again."
Estate agents Christie & Co advised that the pub has 'potential areas' to increase profit by adding letting bedrooms, all-day trading, further outside covers and introducing a breakfast and cafe offering in the mornings.
