Police have released a CCTV image following an arson in Oxford.
The incident happened at around 6.30am on Thursday, February 18, when a noticeboard within a block of flats on Frenchay Road was set alight.
The blaze was quickly put out by residents, so minimal damage was caused.

Investigating officer PC Ffion Mount, based at Oxford police station, said: “I am releasing this CCTV image as I believe the man shown may have vital information about this incident.
“If you recognise this man, please get in touch using our online form or by calling 101, quoting reference number 43210069313. Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously via their website or on 0800 555 111.”
