A POLICE chase in South Oxfordshire ended in a suspected dangerous driver being arrested after a three-vehicle crash.
The driver of the silver Renault Clio failed to stop when requested by officers in Didcot at around 3.30pm on Tuesday, and then drove away at speed along the A4130.
Following a police pursuit, the driver raced into the quiet village of Long Wittenham where he was then involved in a crash with two vehicles on High Street.
The officers said they arrested a 23-year-old man of no fixed abode on suspicion of dangerous driving, being concerned in supply of drugs, failing to stop for police, possession of cannabis and possession of criminal property.

He has since been released on bail.
Police are now appealing for witnesses of the incident.
Investigating officer PC Shahed Ali, based at Abingdon police station said: "I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident, particularly any other drivers who have dash-cam footage of a silver Renault Clio driving in Didcot and Long Wittenham, to please get in touch.
